Case Integrations ("we", "us") builds custom software for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit a project inquiry form, we ask for:

• Work email address
• Company name
• Phone number (optional)
• What you'd like to build
• A description of your project

We also record technical details about how you reached the form, such as the referring page and the advertising campaign parameters in the link you clicked (for example UTM source, medium, and campaign). This helps us understand which outreach is worth continuing.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, contact you to discuss your project, and prepare a proposal if we move forward. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing.

Where your information is stored

Inquiries are stored in a secured, access-controlled database hosted by our infrastructure provider. Access is limited to Case Integrations. Submissions are not publicly visible.

Cookies and analytics

We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, including the Meta Pixel and/or Google analytics tags, to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the results of our advertising. These tools may set cookies on your device. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Sharing

Retention
